"Excellent hotel in Pinzolo. We enjoyed the small but clean and functional spa after walking and cykling in the mountains. The staff is very helpful and professional. What potential guests should be aware about is that the church bells ring every hour throghout the night. "

Især personalet - både i receptionen, rengøringen og i restauranten - skal have en ekstra stjerne for at være glade, interesserede og servicemindet. "We appreciated the welcome given and also being given a room with a stunning view. Our room and bathroom were very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the pool and the sauna. Breakfasts, snacks, and evening meals were also very good. On a couple of occasions there were misunderstandings about the information given to us but the staff concerned were keen to address these and ensure that we were happy. "
