"Staff makes you feel really welcome (thanks João and Douglas, among others). Great to have free parking so close to Capivary Center! Breakfast is very good and varied even if not exactly mindblowing. Acoustic isolation is not great and you can hear other guests and housecleaning often. Room is good although not luxurious. No power outlets near beds (there's only one used for the lamp) is a major inconvenience."

"The hotel is close to Capivari and the staff is friendly. However the first room I was given was terrible! The safe did not work, it was noisy, dark, the shower leaked, the floor was in very bad condition and dusty in general. Fortunately, after complaining several times, I was able to change my room for a room with a view on the third floor, paying the difference of course! If you want to stay in this hotel pay for rooms with balcony or on the third level otherwise it is best yo avoid it."

"A pousada é muito boa, porém a acústica deixou a desejar. No quarto em que ficamos era possível ouvir nitidamente tudo do quarto ao lado (televisão, conversas e até momentos íntimos), o que acabou sendo bastante desconfortável. O chão aquecido do banheiro é uma maravilha."

A decoração natalina na recepção era encantadora e a equipe, desde a recepção até o café da manhã, foi extremamente atenciosa e gentil. A responsável pelo café da manhã preparava tudo com tanto carinho que se sentia em casa. O quarto era confortável e aconchegante. Recomendo muito!"
