Lovely hotel. We had a few scary minutes arriving by car as this property is up a very small alleyway so we had to ask the doorman to show us. He escorted us through the streets of Florence to show us how to drive up to the entrance. Very kind of him. We loved the proximity to restaurants shops etc. we were right in the heart of Florence a few steps away from the Duomo. Staff very helpful. Room always cleaned and chocolates and water left for us every day. Breakfast lovely. All in all we enjoyed our stay very much .

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Palazzo Cini Luxury hotel in Pisa. This boutique style hotel is stunning with crisp and clean decor and furnishing. The bathroom was my favorite part of our room because it was so modern with double sinks, and a beautiful shower. The bed was the most comfortable bed we had slept on during our time in Italy. I really enjoyed that it was an actual queen bed and not 2 twin beds put together. The room is spacious enough to not feel cramped. The hotel is very clean and you can tell that the room is cleaned daily. The staff is very attentive and they know each person who is staying in their hotel and their room numbers. The staff can also provide you withi nformation if you are bringing a car, and I really enjoyed the breakfast voucher that was included in our room price. At first I wasn't sure how I felt about leaving the hotel for breakfast everyday, but the restaurant they partner with is delicious. You also get a good amount of food with the breakfast voucher. The hotel is located in a great area with restaurants within 5 min walking distance. This was perfect on the days where we had walked so much we just wanted something close to the hotel. I would only choose to stay at this hotel if I was booking in Pisa. Overall 10/10!

Palazzo Cini Rooms are set in a great location for all attractions in Pisa. Also have shops and restaurants nearby which is a bonus… the room we stayed in was clean, great facilities including a smart TV. There is also a small garden area for guest - we would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Pisa and will indeed be returning ourselves

Beautiful room in a quiet building, close to all the attractions of Pisa. Wonderful, helpful staff. Room was spacious with a separate lounge. Bathroom was modern with beautiful fluffy towels and bathrobes. Will definitely stay again

Modern rooms to a high standard. Beds very comfortable and bathrooms sleek. Spotless on arrival. Pre- welcome communication clear and check in smooth. Staff were welcoming. There is a small outdoor area. Located centrally and easy to get into the sites by foot. Breakfast in a local bar where the staff were also welcoming. No problems. If ever back in Pisa would stay here again.

Spacious 2 rooms. Small clean. 5 min walk to train 20 min walk to tower across the Arno river-pretty walk. No elevator and front doors are locked. Highly recommend.

excellent stay near Pisa centre
Fantastic hotel near the centre of Pisa. The rooms are beautiful - recently refurbished to an excellent standard with light modern furnishings. Bathroom was very attractive again with modern sparkling clean facilities. We had a shower room with a rainfall shower and hand extension. Suite two is perfect as it has a lovely balcony overlooking the garden and neighbouring gardens. Staff were excellent - sorted out an early morning taxi for us which was a huge help. Breakfast is in a cafe a two minute walk away. Choice of cold drink, hot drink, sandwich and a cake from a very appealing selection and a very helpful cafe owner. Small surprises - there is no bar as such, just a mini bar in the room, so not sure where the photos of cocktails come from (nearby bats maybe?) and no food room service. These did not in away spoil our enjoyment but we had expected them based on the amenities mentioned. Would happily return if we are ever back in Pisa.

Wonderful stay!
Really enjoyed the stay. The staff were exceptional. Was nice to get a room and especially a bathroom that one could actually move around in. Great design. Only fault was no elevator. Bad knees and being on the top floor proved difficult. But location and price were superb. We would especially like to thank the very helpful young lady who was working when we were there.

My wife and I stayed at Palazzo Cini in Pisa, it is a beautiful Bed and Breakfast with 5 rooms. It has a beautiful green area in the back that has a covered area to enjoy a glass of wine and relax after a day site seeing in Pisa. The staff was wonderful, they recommended restaurants and arranged for our taxi to the airport. It is about a 15 minute walk to the Leaning Tower and about a 10 minute walk from the train station. If visiting Pisa I highly recommend booking a room here.

The hotel was easy to find and in an ideal location and although it was on street parking, we were able to park right by the front door. The building is traditional but the rooms and fittings up to date. Netflix on tv was great and we were able to watch many things in English. Staff friendly and spoke good English. No lift but they carried you luggage. Great hotel!

There is nothing not to like...this place is the top quality accommodation, done to a perfection- stylish, with plenty of luggage space, fantastic bathroom, complimentary water, tea, coffee, dressing gowns and sleepers, fantastic air conditioning (ie quiet and the right temperature!), velux roof windows and blackout blinds, spotless and comfortable, and with an amazing service. Due to Easyjet 3hr plane we (husband, 6yo son and I) arrived around half past midnight but we communicated prior to the arrival and we were warmly welcomed, with juice, water and biscuits which was much appreciated. There were some very nice looking cafes on the street next to it; the central station is about 10 min walk and the tower of Pisa about 15 min walk. There are a couple of very nice fruit and veg markets nearby. Highly recommended.

Lovely quadruple room, modern, well decorated and thought out. Inside and out was quiet, nice view from back window. Breakfast in nearby cafe excellent. Staff friendly and accommodating, they ordered a taxi for us to go to airport (10euros). Would return. Recommend.

Very clean and well kept. Room was large and the location is very close to the train station and about a 25 min walk to the tower. Great spot.
