Staff were all very friendly and helpful, and rooms were clean and well-equipped. The only negative was that housekeeping didn't clean or replace a couple of coffee mugs that we had used. Otherwise all good.

I got exactly what I wanted out of my four day stay. Staff were excellent. The place itself was very peaceful, quiet and a nice place to relax in the warmth.
