"We couldn’t find a hotel in Milan. This hotel was available one hour away, so we booked it. We’re glad that we did, basic services for a traveler, nice people, family owners, the area is full of small towns and beautiful lakes and rivers. Nicer than Como."

"We had a wonderful stay! The mountain views from the property and the parking area are amazing. The staff’s communication was impeccable; they messaged us on WhatsApp before we even arrived to help with check-in. Because the restaurant was closed for Easter, they thoughtfully prepared a large breakfast box for us to enjoy before our early departure. They also recommended great local spots like Ristorante Passone. Highly recommended for both the views and the top-tier service!"

"This is not really a hotel. It ends up being more like an Airbnb. There is no one to receive you, and all access instructions are sent in writing. They also ask you to pay taxes online through an external link outside of Expedia, which feels unsafe and untrustworthy. In fact, you have to do it, otherwise they do not send the exact address or access instructions. It is basically a house converted into rooms, with a shared bathroom for everyone. At least it was clean."

"Excellent stay! I only stayed for one night, but everything was fantastic from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The room was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed in a magical Harry Potter style, which made the whole experience really unique and fun. You can see that a lot of attention has gone into the details and atmosphere of the hotel. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for...

"Amazing experince! This is a true gem hidden in the country side. The rooms are all diffenrent and I stayed in ‘Stanza del fieno’, The Hay Room. Staff was super nice and friendly. Only complaint is that there were very noisy kids and you hear everything (!) in the room."
