Pisciotta Holidays

The I was given was awful. There was mould in the bathroom. The wallpaper was falling down in the room on two side sides of the wall. Some of the electric plugs did not work.

The room was very clean, Breakfast was not great! There was very little choice, this was the 3rd hotel that I had stayed in during my trip and the worst Breakfast..you had to ask the member if staff for more coffee and it felt like you were imposing on them. The hotel itself is lovely but the area is very rough. Every cafe I went into advised me to put my bag in front of me and look out for pick pockets.

The check-in process was completely lacking. I stood outside for over an hour emailing calling and trying to get lit in the door. It says the front office is open, but you have to know how to get in the door. Apparently you have to use the keypad and click on one of the options that was available. But nowhere was that in the directions and the phone number to call the reception area was not taking phone calls and no one ever responded to my emails so I spent almost 2 hours standing outside until other people came along and let me in. Absolutely ridiculous!

This property is located near the airport but it had nothing around except one restaurant. In addition to our cab letting us know that 20 years ago it was a gang war zone and the lack of places to even eat, i would say wake up early to go to airport and stay elsewhere!!

Nous avons aimé notre séjour d’une nuit après un long vol . Nous avons apprécié la piscine et le rooftop. Nous n’avons pas vraiment aimé le quartier, un peu loin du centre-ville et malpropreté .
