Almost there to the ocean! Just a short walk to the mountains or the sand or for a happy hour drink your in the right place here.
Absolutely close to everything; you’ll need to enjoy your stay at pismo beach. Sunset views of mountains & the ocean from both balconies! This location is desirably less than a minute away from coffee, local restaurants & shopping. This 3-bed & 2-bath is distributed on multi-levels for privacy. The Exterior includes a third level concrete rooftop deck! The interior includes an open layout with natural light and stylish fixtures. Have a light jog right along the ocean water or take a short 5 min drive to the pier.

Upon booking each adult over the age of 18 must agree to our itinerary before booking.
We do provide all hygiene products, sheets & towels. Our bathrooms and kitchen have soap- basic essentials.
The house does have heat but does NOT have AC- however all rooms have ceiling fans & it’s so close to the beach you can feel the breeze with the windows open. I would say the temperature stays about 70 throughout the day and even the evening its a bit cooler.

There is no hanging out in front of the house drinking or smoking etc… we have a rooftop deck for that and we want to respect the neighborhood.

Usually we come here during low tide to explore the pools, but this was a different experience and one not to be missed.
