"Lovely room with fantastic view of entire Pismo Beach facing the pier. Binoculars in room. Nice balcony. Quiet, but for welcomed ocean sounds. Lots of breakfast choices, quick room cleaning, friendly staff Only problem...the elevator was not always working. It was a long haul up to the 3rd floor! Great restaurant next door with a 10% discount with your stay. (Ventana Grill)"

"Close to beach, restaurants, staff was very attentive and helpful. Loved the access to beach chairs, bicycles and refreshments. Room was cleaned daily and supplied with beach towels, clean bath towels daily. "

"We had one of the second-tier rooms in the motel building, not overlooking the ocean or whatever. It was spacious and well-appointed with both an air conditioner and a gas fireplace. You could put them both on and they sort of cancelled each other out, though not very ecological. Generally clean and comfortable. There were some nice amenities like pool, hot tub and fire pits although not really enough for the number of people who were staying there so we didn't get a chance to try them, at least not this particular date. I'm a little disappointed in service but overall they tried to be nice."

"The hotel property is beautiful. Ocean front rooms with a great view. The room itself was so nice. Checking in was easy. My only complaint is the beds are so hard. They look fluffy but are not. Still, it didn’t ruin our trip. Everything else, is great"
