"The property is beautifully located in a very tranquil hamlet. At the moment the house and garden are not being maintained adequately. During our stay we had no hot water for the first few days and the internet connection that was advertised was not available. The kitchen had not been properly cleaned and there was food in the cupboards that had gone out of date long before our arrival. "We‘ve spent two wonderful weeks with our two year old daughter and our dog. The house is beautifully located in the hills with no direct neighbours. The view is fantastic and we felt immediately at home in this beautiful house. We had a wonderful time and our hosts were just lovely. (We cannot say anything about the pool - except that it is huge - because we were there out of season in March when the pool was closed.)"

This is better than the pictures show, the location was fantastic (you will ideally need a car to see Tuscany if not Arezzo train station has good links and is about 15 minute taxi journey away). "Just do it! This home is perfect! Great home for a group, giving your guests privacy and space. The saying a kitchen is the heart of a home is so true. We appreciated the kitchens location, separated from all sleeping spaces allowing early risers to be in kitchen without disturbing anyone. "This is a classic luxury hotel. I can't imagine the amount of time and energy it takes to upkeep this property. But they somehow manage to maintain a spotless, manicured and warm environment. The room was quite large and rich in design. The restaurant and the staff who work there are excellent. I was here for some mother/daughter time and we loved making this our base to visit the surrounding towns. Timeless elegance!"
