"Hot springs areas were great! Hotel room was pretty basic. Way too many lights around the area made it hard to sleep at night. Beds were ok but not recommended for multiple nights. Couch was not comfortable to sit on, the cushions kept falling off while you were sitting on it."

"I absolutely loved this cabin. The photos didn’t do it justice. It was so cozy and welcoming with everything you needed! From the fireplace to the popcorn maker to the kitchen supplies to the coffee, it made for relaxing a few days. The upstairs bedroom was a bit warm even with Rocky Mountain air-conditioning because it was a heat wave, but the rooms downstairs were very cool and comfortable! We also loved all the games and books and wished we could’ve stayed longer!! My only complaint was the sheer number of communications before the stay both from Vrbo and from the rental companies site. It made it feel very overwhelming and like I was going to miss something that I needed to read."

"A little piece of Mountain Heaven!!! The cabin is very clean and comfortable, and has all the amenities you need for a mountain vacation. The property is beautiful and peaceful with towering trees and a creek flowing right out the back door. Great location!!! I will definitely be booking this cabin again!!!"

"This is the perfect cabin in the woods you dream about! Nestled among trees with Mt. Antero and Mt. Princeton practically in your backyard, it has all the modern amenities you need. View both mountains as you soak in the hot tub or sit at the fire pit. Jean, the host, is outstanding with communication and very responsive to any needs. This was our third stay in this peaceful cabin and it won't be our last!"

"Incredible place for a mountain getaway. The location is close to a wide range of activities including hiking and rafting. The property was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and the pool was lovely. Would definitely come back!"

"This was a perfect place to stay for a quiet 4 day getaway. The location was absolutely spectacular and it was so quiet! We enjoyed sitting on the deck and taking in the beautiful views of the lake with the mountains behind it. The access to ATV/OHV trails was unbelievable. We took 4 trips and never on the same trail. Our favorite was renting an OHV from the Trading Post down the road and spending a day driving to American Flag Mountain. Frenchy’s in Tin Cup (a 5min drive up the road or multiple trail options) is a must for burgers and shakes. The house had everything we needed (we cooked/grilled every night), was very clean and comfortable. The owners have really thought through everything. Highly recommend for a mountain getaway, you won’t be disappointed!"

"The house and property were amazing. My kids had an amazing time playing in the pond with the provided canoes and paddleboards. The zipline was also a big hit. We used this as a base for hiking the 14ers at that end of the Sawatch Range and it worked really well."

"We enjoyed our short stay at Shavano Vista. Our family needed a place to stay for a wedding, and this was the perfect home base for us. Lisa was very accommodating and communicative with us. I only wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the property!"
