"This hotel and staff really did impress us! The staff was very friendly and the front desk lady came to our room to help fix our door lock, just jumped right up and took care of it with a great attitude, and got it resolved! The breakfast quality and variety was really good, even a "dairy fresh yogurt" machine that was delicious! The pool was of course the kids' favorites, but ALSO the game room in the basement is EPIC! Super impressive thought to details in this hotel! And we LOVED having a bunk bed in our room! We'd definitely stay here again!"

"I paid for a dog suite, and it was not the best. Smelled like Pee, (not okay even for a dog suite) fridge made noise all night long keep me, and dogs awake, coffee machine was broken, the rubber on the stairs tripped me twice, Restaurant took 2 hours for us to get our food, and it was not worth the price. Parking lot full of trash and homeless people's car. my son's hockey gear was stolen from his truck. I will not be back to this hotel. "

"Room was clean and comfortable. Location was extremely convenient. Across the street from the rail station. 30 min ride into union station. Trains run every 15 min or so. Great value for price would highly recommend. "

"No restaurant on site was open. No free breakfast in holiday inn . Shower was broken so was moved to another room but room was kind of facing the interior and was pitch dark thru the window. Sewer smell near the lobby. I would say if possible avoid. Find a better place "
