"Our party of 8 fit comfortably, including kids and grandparents. We enjoyed the kitchen, dining, living spaces, and had a very pleasant stay. Challenges include parking, we only had two vehicles and it was tight. Attention to detail in cleanliness, a duvet cover was covered in dog hair and hadn’t been washed."

"No issues. Would have loved to seen more wildlife but it was probably time of year. Will visit another time and see if we have better luck."

"This was the perfect spot for our ski trip. It was close to the Granby ski resort as well as downtown Granby. The house was clean and Bob was such a great host who made sure we had everything we needed! Would stay here again."

"We enjoyed our stay in this private mountain home with our family. It was great having a large driveway and space to park our trailer with UTVs. The riding trails were close by along with fun activities and restaurants in the town of Grand Lake. The home is clean and the kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed the fire pit at night and the large deck to enjoy the cool mountain breezes. We hope to be back in the winter. Thank you for sharing your home with us."

"The lidging was exactly as puctuured with lovely views of water out the front and back. Well stocked kitchen, laundry, fire pit, pool, hot tub, fans. Everything we needed. It was perfect for our group of 2 couples!"

"The location, backing up to the river is beautiful and peaceful. We were there in the winter so didn't enjoy the immediate outdoor area this time but can see how great it'll be when the weather is nice for fishing. The house was nice, clean and as expected. A little cold upstairs as the heat doesn't seem to flow up there. The fireplace downstairs helps. Overall, very nice place and location."

"Great location near the owners lift. The views are spectacular from the home. Lots of little touches like extra hooks to hang items. Very comfy for our family. We will be back!"

"Our family of 6 came to Granby to go skiing. The cabin was so comfortable and fully stocked with all the supplies needed. We use the fully stock kitchen to cook breakfast and dinner our entire stay. We loved the closeness to the grocery store and to Granby Ranch Ski Resort. Owners were wonderful and very responsive. Highly recommend."

"The house itself was decent sized. Good amount of amenities and supplies provided by the owner. The owner company is prompt to reply to all our concerns. I would highly recommend this place and would not mind renting it again."

"We stayed here with 3 adults, 2 teens, and a toddler. Plenty of toys and kid-friendly chairs, tableware, etc. House was very clean and well-maintained. Good communication from management company. The backyard wasn’t maintained as well as it could have been - grass was very tall and the mosquitoes are bad, so make sure to bring bug spray. We loved having a grill and fire pit - the kids had a blast fly fishing on property. Would definitely stay there again!"

"The Bear Lane Cabin is a relaxing place, amazing views and great place to be with family or friends. Granby and Winter park are nearby to explorer and for food."

"Our stay at this Edgewater property was just perfect! Location-wise, it was just what we needed. Spent most of a long weekend at Snow Mountain Ranch snowshoeing, hiking and cross-country skiing. The house had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing, and ample space for 4 of us to each have our own space. Communication with the owners was excellent. I would definitely stay here again. "Our stay was made perfect with the house and hot tub. All bedrooms were comfortable. Room for the ones not skiing to play at the house. The kids loved playing in the snow at the house espicially with the sleds provided. Would suggest more towels and silverware."

"I loved how affordable and close the condo was to my destination. It snowed the whole weekend, so it was nice not to have to drive far. "
