"Loved this place - and would probably come. again. My only issue is that check-out is at 10:00 am. I had friends staying there who were not checking out, so I was able to linger in their suite. I imagine that I could have eaten breakfast in the large sunny open lounge on the first floor - if this is available to guests after check-out I suggest making that clear at check-in or on the description. I totally understand that they need time to clean rooms and since all of the rooms are suites. I may come again as a "remote work" vacation spot."

"My favorite place to stay in Pittsfield. Only half mile walk to hospital, so I have stayed there when I had to go for surgery. Friendly and helpful staff. Off street parking. Nice decor. Restaurant in hotel is tasty but an expensive steakhouse, but only a short walk away from other places to eat right in downtown. Breakfast at Otto's is my recommendation."

"Beds were comfy and definitely a big space at a good price for a few people. Was concerned with cleanliness though as there were stains underneath the comforters. Curtains also need to be longer/ blacked out to totally block out the bright lights that glow all night right outside the window. In addition, the windows in the bedroom couldn’t open properly, only the top. And they couldn’t lock, so kind of a safety concern. Heat didn’t work the first night but worked the second day/ night. Toilet had a weak flush the first day but then was fine the second day. Door was tricky to unlock. Lastly, the TV in the living room was completely useless, and the one in the bedroom not much better. "

"Imagine walking into a cold home at 6 pm and not being able to find or operate the heating system.After trying to contact the rental agency and finding the wall panel (light out in the hallway made it more difficult) my partner and I took matters into our own hands.We popped open the panel and saw there were batteries,but could not replace them.We took the risk and pulled this portion off of the wall.We did the work that should have been done before we arrived.Searching the home there were many batteries,but not AA.So we went in both directions on Rt 7 and found a Stop and Shop.There we purchased 4 new AA's and two bundles of firewood and starters.Considering the only two questions I had for you were pertaining to heat and the fireplace...I was particularly put out.Berkshire rentals offered to pay for the batteries and the wood.Unfortunately the damage was already done.If I had arrived after sunset,this would have been a complete fiasco.I would have turned around and asked for a complete refund. Having used another rental company many times throughout my travels,this is completely opposite of what we have experienced.Our last trip in the Eastern Townships of Quebec,we arrived at 10 pm.The 350 year old farmhouse was heated and a fire was stacked only requiring a match.I would fire your current administrative service on the spot.I would not recommend your home until you either assume control over the workings of the home or find another provider of services."

"Clean comfortable room. Very nice staff. Close to everything in downtown Pittsfield. This is the only place I stay when I’m in Pittsfield. Very peaceful. Excellent place to relax. "

"Our family of 18 adults and 7 children had an amazing time in this lovely home. It was spacious and clean. They really have it stocked with shampoo,conditioner, body wash, lotion, many kinds! Cleaning products, spices, fully equipped kitchen, 2 laundry rooms, 2 kitchens, extra bedding. The host was fast to respond to questions and super nice! Big fenced yard. Nice area with a lot to do! Would definitely stay again."

"What a wonderful winter getaway! Very responsive hosts, beautiful lake views, great proximity to Jiminy and Bosquet and plenty of space for two families of 4 and grandparents! Can’t wait to book again in the summer and enjoy the lake. They were kind enough to clear a rink on the ice but the kids were too tired after skiing to ice skate! "
