"We loved our stay here and if we were in the area again we would stay again! We were staying over my boyfriends birthday and the staff (Micol and Deborah in particular) were so helpful, I got in touch before our stay and they helped arranged a bottle of bubbles for arrival and then a cake to be delivered at breakfast. We then had a lovely room with a balcony with great views too - very modern & lovely and clean! The staff were extremely helpful during our stay, helping arranging taxis too - nothing was too much of an ask! The breakfast spread was great, good fuel for busy days and the Hugo spritz’s from the bar too were delish. Good location too, a slight walk from the main centre but that was great for us. It was lovely and quiet back at the hotel and the sunset walks along the lake were beautiful. Overall we had a great stay and I would highly recommend!"

Our room was clean, recently refurbished and comfortable; the staff were excellent; and breakfast was really good (lots of choice) - in a room with a great view of the lake. We borrowed beach towels and a travel plug as ours didn’t work and nothing was too much trouble."

At the front of the property you are 100 meters from a huge choice of Italian restaurants and a great lively atmosphere.. The only downside I would say was that after the initial allocation of 4 coffee pods in your room you then had to pay 2 euros per pod thereafter, very petty for a 5 star hotel."
