In the hamlet Borgonuovo 2 km from the centre of Piuro, 3 km from the centre of Chiavenna, in a quiet, sunny position in the residential district, along the wooded area, 400 m from the stream, south facing position. Private: large terraced garden (not fenced) with lawn. Pergola, garden furniture, barbecue house. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine. Stepped path (17 steps) to the house. Parking at the house. Supermarket 500 m, restaurant, bar 300 m, bus stop 400 m, railway station "Chiavenna" 4.5 km.
