"Outstanding staff! We stayed in one of the treehouse rooms and it was super nice! It was a very short walk through beautiful shrubs and plants to get to restaurant, pool and beach. We loved having our own porch & hammock. "

They did not provide any hand soap in the bathrooms. The staff was not friendly. The rooms were clean. The breakfast and dinner were very expensive in comparison to the other resort restaurants in the area. "

"The resort was absolutely fantastic! Small and intimate, very clean and well maintained. The food was fantastic and we never felt crowded. Our bungalow #1 was right on the beach- walk out your front door and you are on the sand. The front desk helped us book a massage right on the beach in front of our bungalow and it was amazing. A few gentlemen were outside every morning taking the beach and straightening up the chairs for our enjoyment. This was a very well kept beach compared to resorts surrounding us. The bar and restaurant staff would deliver food and drinks right to our bungalow without asking- my husband and I would put the kids to sleep at night and enjoy drinks on our front porch watching the waves. Could not have asked for a better vacation! "

Every staff member was just so accommodating, attentive and compassionate. Truly an amazing stay right in the heart of placencia village steps from many fun, colorful and delicious food and drink. "
