We so enjoyed our stay here! Nelson was a great communicator and a truly superb host. The property was awesome for a group of adults, though I imagine it would work well for say two families traveling with kids as well.It was spacious, clean, well appointed, and the views were incredible! 10/10 would stay again!
This house is really nice, and you can see that the owner is continuing to upgrade and update. The view from the two back decks is matchless. His communication before and during the stay was impeccable. This is a great place to stay and I highly recommend it.
Beautiful spot, limited parking at the home. Small dining room table, but a closet had two folding tables and 8 chairs. A good place for 8 of us staying, (2 kings, 2 twins, and 2 bunk beds are full size). The host was responsive to our requests.
Wonderful experience. Nelson our host was extremely gracious and accommodating. Felt like I was entering the Brady Bunch house. The view is outstanding; the master bedroom is wonderful; our girls loved the hot tub. Quiet residential area. Easy access to downtown. A real gem!
We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. The view is spectacular and nothing is more wonderful than waking up to have coffee with your significant other to enjoy the sunrise and view at the same time. The communication from the owner is always a plus to have for any issues that may arise and Nelson was awesome. Thank you again for welcoming us into your home.
Thanks and happy holidays,
Jenna
Nelson went above and beyond! I had issues with the app and Nelson was very kind and helpful. He was prompt with communication and available whenever I needed a helping hand. As for the property itself, it is amazing!!! The pictures don’t do this place justice, it is absolutely beautiful. We throughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be making this our annual vacation home. The views are breath taking, the house is very roomy, and the beds are comfy. I can’t say enough about this house. Thank you Nelson for your hospitality and all of your help!
This property is Nostalgically charming, being of a certain age the decor and style of this home took me directly back to childhood. Views are breathtaking and the spacing in the home gives the independence and comfort that’s required when traveling with family or friends. Second day we headed up to the top of Skylark park to the foothills and found snow. Spent a couple hours playing in the powder. We decided on some family fun so we hoped over to RedHawk Casino and enjoyed Apex. Food was good , you can bowl, golf and kart race. We watched movies , baked cookies and cozied by the fireplace. The entire trip was fantastic. Our host was very informative and attentive. This is my first Vrbo trip and I can’t wait to book another. And without a doubt I will book this property again and again. I highly recommend you do too…. Best way to recharge your batteries and lay your eyes on the beauty of Northern California.
We were in town for a wedding at Lake and Wood in Camino, California. This property is only a 12 minute drive from that venue and also lots of other Apple Hill locations. We brought our 2 family dogs and other couples from different areas who were also attending the wedding joined us. This property is an older home with some interesting updates. It has a beautiful view from the back deck and a lot of space inside too. The host is responsive and check in/out was easy. The only downside to our stay is the weather was bad, so we didn't spend time on the large back deck or the hot tub.
The home was really great. Only two issues. The downstairs bathroom sink faucet is broken. If we turned the water on below the sink, water came out of the faucet but you couldn’t use the faucet to turn it on and off. So was just a pain to turn water on and off below the sink. And then just be sure to use the large coffeepot. The little one is defective. Started to work but never filled the pot.
