Great location

The property was very clean and lived up to the advertisement. The best part was it’s location as we were attending the golf tournament and it was roughly 3/4 of a mile away, walking distance.

Great quick getaway!

This place was in the perfect location and such a nice surprise with how spacious and perfect it was for our family of 6 a dog! The staff were so friendly and helpful. The only thing was that the carpets were a little dirty, the fireplace didn’t work, and the fridge wasn’t keeping items clean. Despite these things, we still really enjoyed our stay at 3 peaks. The two bedroom townhome was really great for our family and quick stay in Tahoe!

Didnt realize this was a hotel place. I thought this was a condo/townhouse. I didnt see the name of the property clearly on the booking. I messaged the property but didn't get a response. The place was clean and quiet for our one night stay. Close to everything in town.

Turn um and burn um

Upon on arrival the staff was very curtious and helpful. Then we got to our room. The room was very worn and neglected. Doors not closing, mold throughout the bathroom and broken tiles. Worn furniture etc… The owner was rude and didn’t seem to worried about our concerns. We definitely got the feeling of I don’t care someone else would take it!! Not as described.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The only thing that would have been more helpful is more clarity on the location and check-in process. We had to dig through the fine print to find the location and called to discover it was a front desk checkin. Just suggest making that more prominent in the confirmation email.

My stay was good. Your employees were very helpful and courteous. Some updating would be helpful and air conditioning was subpar. No handle on bedroom door, the toilet was old as it was child like low. again I was very pleased with the employees. Thanks you guys, Gilbert.

Good clean and quiet but couldn’t get any contact response from Roger the property manager via message that wastes some time tried to check in and finally call to talk with operator to get the check in procedure and home address then everything was fine

Dissappointed

Ceiling was dripping water, heater wouldn’t turn off, kitchen cabinets were grimy, listing was a hotel suite not an apartment, walls were dirty, management was unresponsive to concerns, horrible trip.
