Nestled on one of the nicest waterways in the Tahoe Keys, this air-conditioned 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom home is a dream destination for families and groups seeking a true Tahoe experience. Enjoy a perfect blend of lakeside luxury and cozy comfort, with everything you need for a memorable stay — from a pool table and game tables to a waterfront deck for summer BBQs.

This home accommodates up to 14 guests, with a maximum of 10 adults. Children under 13 are welcome within the 14-person total. Parking for 2 cars in the garage, and 2 in the driveway. These rules apply 24/7.

The Tahoe Keys in South Lake Tahoe is a premier waterfront community with fantastic community amenities. This exclusive neighborhood features both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, an indoor hot tub, private beaches, tennis courts, pickleball courts, a basketball court, playground, and a beach volleyball court with stunning lake views. These amenities require an additional fee, payable at the Tahoe Keys property owner’s association office. A rental agreement is required as proof of your stay.

• Bedroom 3 (Upstairs, Ensuite): King bed, Smart TV, private bath with shower.
• Bedroom 4 (Upstairs): Queen bed, Smart TV.
• Bedroom 5 (Upstairs): Two queen beds, futon sleeper, Smart TV.

Bathrooms:
• Bathroom 1 (Downstairs Ensuite): Walk-in shower.
• Bathroom 2 (Downstairs): Tiled steam shower.
• Bathroom 3 (Upstairs Ensuite): Walk-in shower.

Pets are not allowed. If you have a trained Service or ESA dog we can help you find a dog-friendly home for your stay.

There is AC upstairs to keep cool in the summer. Downstairs is not air conditioned.
