"Hébergement très bien placé pour les balades à pieds jusqu'à la plage, et à vélo (accès facile à la presqu'ile de Quiberon). Bien que ce soit petit, tout l'équipement utile est là et propre. Le jardinet est agréable et protégé des regards et du vent, d'ailleurs les mésanges et rouge gorge l'apprécient ! Peut-être prévenir que l'escalier pour accéder à la chambre en sous pente est un peu raide car cela peut gêner certaines personnes. Le propriétaire est accueillant , réactif et chaleureux, nous le remercions pour cette semaine passée dans un joli cocon."

"Good communication with the host prior to the holiday and upon check in, answered all questions promptly.The property is in a lovely location for easy access to Etel and the beaches,with easy cycling from right opposite the property. The outside space and the lovely pool were great, though the seating around the pool was old and a couple of the sunbeds were broken which was a shame. We did raise this to the host and he stated ‘yes I know’ but did not offer replacements.The downstairs open plan space was great for kids and adults and the kitchen well equipped. It was a shame the large fridge was broken during our stay.Unfortunately the cleanliness of the property was variable. When we pulled out the high chair it was covered in pet fur and we found clumps of pet fur all around the property. Behind beds and larger furniture had not been cleaned and the carpets in 2 of the bedrooms had a strong unpleasant odour, maybe petsThe bedrooms each have their own ‘theme’ but they are all a bit tired and could do with some modernisation.It’s worth noting that although the property is advertised as 3 showers and 3 toilets, only 1 room (downstairs) is en-suite. The 5 rooms upstairs share one toilet and bathroom and the other facilities are downstairs in the utility room area. All toilets are in rooms without windows and minimal ventilation. Overall, we as 3 families had a great week in this house in Etel, but for what we paid, we were disappointed with some aspects of the property."

"I knew Etel from year, so no doubt about the location quite central and close to the sailing club / water. The house is a great family house where you feel "at home" : ideal to host several generation, with plenty of space, games (incl. indoor ping pong) a big dining room, a big dorm under the roof for kids, sunny south terrasse, big TV, big fridge, big garden, etc... well suited with 10pers.Bathrooms are a little bit old fashion (as per photo) yet very fonctionnal.Bed could be also improved (size and quality)We had a wonderfull stay in Pradic house and recommand it for family and/or friends.Very fluent and easy communication with the host, Manon.Philippe"
