Charming villa 150 m from the sea with heated pool

"This property represents the very best we have ever booked, with one notable caveat that renters need to be aware of: it does not have any air conditioning anywhere in the property. During the summer months of July and August, when we stayed, the upper bedrooms were simply too hot. This is despite keeping all the shutters closed during the day and only opening the windows at night. Opening the windows presented an issue, as the local area is noisy at night. A bar across the road is loud until 2-3am, scooters and modified cars race past all night, and there is a bottle bank on the street outside which gets emptied at 6am, quickly followed by a street sweeper. Had the property been cooler, the windows could be kept shut and this would be a non-issueThis meant that the whole family (with the exception of our small children, who can sleep through anything) did not get a good night's sleep for the 3 weeks we were there. This is such a shame, because literally everything about the property is perfect. Location, facilities, size, pool, fast and stable internet"

"Nous avons passé un très bon séjour (4 adultes 2 enfants) à La Ginéroise. La maison est conforme à la description de l'annonce, très propre, très bien décorée.Le jardin est un véritable atout surtout avec des enfants, ombragé et la situation géographique de la maison est idéale pour une famille (près des commerces et de la plage). Nous avons fait tous nos déplacements à vélo.Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et de très bons conseils. Nous avons apprécié leurs petites attentions à notre arrivée (paniers garnis)."

"Je rejoins tous les commentaires que j’avais bien évidemment lu avant de réserver! Un hôte incroyable d’une grande gentillesse, bienveillance et discrétion.Une maison propre, pleine de rangement et dans laquelle il ne manque rien pour les vacances et une localisation les pieds dans le sable et quasiment dans l’eau. De plus le quartier est calme et la plage attenante à la maison était vraiment tranquille alors que nous sommes en pleine saison!Je vous recommande!Encore merci pour ce séjour!"
