"The hotel is perhaps a little dated but the views across the bay to Ajaccio are truly outstanding and the pool area is superb. Our stay was made magical by the cats that populate the grounds and by the herd of wild boar that visited in the evening, overnight and in the morning. We awoke to the grunting sounds of the boar and looked down from our balcony on them snuffling for nuts on the ground. Seeing a family of boar, with three tiny piglets, was especially magical. "c était un voyage exceptionnel avec les enfants adultes pour mon anniversaire tout était parfait la piscine avec vue sur la baie . 4 chambres spacieuses où chacun vit à son rythme , c était une 1 ère fois en Corse et vraiment grâce à Ghislaine et son mari qui nous ont donné des tuyaux cela a été extraordinaire. le jardin luxuriant a ses habitants qui nous accueillent ce sont les tortues de terre et les Ghekkos et les chants des fauvettes à tête noires ou les tourterelles turques. Merci aux propriétaires. lisa et les enfants"

"Il est rare qu’une location de vacances dépasse les attentes. Cette villa les a largement dépassées.Nous y avons passé une semaine absolument magique, sans aucun doute l’une de nos plus belles semaines de vacances. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons senti que cette maison avait quelque chose de spécial. Ce n’est pas une villa pensée uniquement pour la location : c’est une véritable maison de famille, habitée, aimée et entretenue avec soin. Cela se ressent partout et lui donne une âme que l’on retrouve rarement. On s’y sent chez soi immédiatement.La villa est très confortable, parfaitement équipée et la grande terrasse est rapidement devenue le cœur de notre séjour : repas interminables, apéritifs entre amis et tournois de ping-pong mémorables.L’emplacement est idéal, à deux pas des plages d’Isolella, d’excellents restaurants, d’un Carrefour, d’une excellente boulangerie, d’une boucherie et d’une poissonnerie. Quel bonheur de cuisiner les incroyables produits du terroir corse au barbecue sur la terrasse avant de partager de longues soirées tous ensemble.Enfin, un immense merci à notre hôte pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse. Nous repartons avec des souvenirs incroyables et une seule envie : revenir."

"Séjour idyllique en famille. Maison spacieuse, fonctionnelle et très agréable à vivre. Aucun vis à vis, la piscine est très belle avec une superbe vue. La communication était très fluide avec la concierge et elle a su répondre à toutes nos attentes avec professionnalisme, réactivité et bienveillance. Je recommande à 100%. "

Spacious waterfront villa in the isolella with private beach and pontoon

"The house is incredibly welcoming and has everything you need. It is spacious and really well stocked. We were 12 adults and had plenty of space together or if wanted separately! The shaded dining area was where we spent all our mealtimes, and the 'look out point' at the end of the garden is beautiful for watching the sunsets and playing Mölky on the Petanque pitch, glass of rosé in hand. There are 2 large fridges and a wine fridge and an ice machine so easy to keep drinks cold. And 2 dishwashers which were much needed for 12 of us. We used the kayaks and paddle board and had peaceful afternoons snorkelling in the sea ( easy access via the rocks - beach shoes useful!) or snoozing by the pool. There are a couple of lovely beach bar/retaurants and a supermarket, butchers and fishmongers a couple of minutes walk away. Porticcio is a 15 min drive and has long sandy beach, little markets some days and a bigger supermarket. Ajaccio about half an hour away.Angélique is a wonderful host who looked after us beautifully and joined us for a glass of wine one evening and has some wonderful stories to tell about the house. We all loved it - a perfect week in a perfect villa !"
