"The location of the hotel is ok. Nice staff member, but it's definitely not a 3 star hotel. No kettle, no tissues, very weak wifi, very small room (number 1). I hurt myself each time I go past the window handle. Too close to bed. There is no door between room and bathroom. It was also very cold in the toilet, separated from room. "

The location itself is excellent and easily walkable to both the lake and town centre. Negatives - Check-in & Access: The door code didn't work. We had to trek back to reception, which is in a different building on a different street—information you only discover after arrival. They issued a replacement...

"Nice campsite for a few nights. Good restaurant, staff and facilities. However, we booked a 4 person Comfort Cottage for a week but we given a 6 person Modern Cottage without explanation. The extra room was a bonus but I’m glad there were only 4 of us as 6 would have felt very cramped. The Modern Chalet style wasn’t what we booked nor particularly wanted however we we glad to have a covered balcony as it rained for half our stay. The harsh lighting, uncomfortable bed and lack of kitchen...
