Beautiful view. Rooms are not fancy, but are clean. We have stayed twice at Rocky Pop. Great staff, amazing French Breakfast! Would return for sure! Highly recommended for the price.

Windows could open which was nice. Airco was quiet but general sound proofing should be improved. Bathroom was awful. Way too small and lots of mold. Bed was surprisingly comfortable

The odd numbered rooms are next to the noisy train that runs multiple times a night. In hot weather you must chose between discomfort and hearing frequent trains clattering by.

"Wonderful location in Annecy but in serious need of an upgrade. The pool and some parts of the hotel looked slightly better but really not meeting the mark of modern classic feel hotels.
