"My family has so much fun during the time of staying! The two bedrooms unit actually have 4 beds that can accommodate our family of five comfortably! The location is perfect for balancing the beachfront, rooftop pool and walk on the Hollywood broadwalk! Most thankfully, is the support the staff provide after our flight got canceled right before we are checking out. Unfortunately the resort was sold out that we are not able to extend our stay, however, the staff helped us to update the keycard to stay in the resort and using pool, wifi and showers until we settle to booked new accommodation! It saved us!!!!!! "

"Needs updating. The room I had did not have a working heater, took 3 calls to get a portable heater. All outlets in the room are worn and did not work. Windows looking out to the beautiful beach was covered in greasey handprints. Drapes were filthy. Spending $1660 for 4 days was a disaster. No one at front desk ever answer the phones. "

"Unfortunately , our experience at Ocean Beach Club Hotel was not great. When we first arrived, we were suprised by how dark our room was. There are no ceiling lights! Just the single bedside lamp and two very dim wall lights. unfortunately the window was very small too so not much sunlight could come in. We had trouble just seeing our clothes in our suitcases even in the middle of the day! Luckily we weren't planning on spending much time in the room so that was fine. Moreover, there was only one mirror in the room. For most people that's probably not an issue! But if you're on a girls trip, as was I, it sucks! lol. we actually ended up going to target and buying another mirror so we could get ready at the same time ! Unfortunately, the washroom was also tiny and the water in the shower did not get hot! The shower was actually cold. The walls are very thin as well, so noise was unfortunately an issue. There is also no housekeeping;however if you call the front desk for anything (i.e fresh towels) they bring them immediately ! On the bright side, the location is amazing and just across the street from the beach, the pool is not too busy (and it's heated, warmer than the showers lol) and there are many great cafes and restaurants in walking distance from the hotel. Overall we did not have an incredible experience at this hotel, and we would most likely not stay here again. You get what you pay for - i probably shouldn't even complain when the price is this low in peak season!"
