Located centrally, this hotel is stunning. Parking can be a bit tricky if you are used to North American style car garages, but nothing we couldn’t deal with. Breakfast was incredible as well.

Words truly cannot describe how much I loved our stay at Monastery Estate Venetian Harbor in Chania. It’s the perfect place to stay right in the heart of Old Town, surrounded by charming shops and incredible food. Our room was spotless and beautifully designed, featuring a cozy bathtub and a lovely private outdoor area with a hot tub, such a relaxing touch.
What truly made our experience unforgettable though, were the two concierges, Maria and Vaggelis. They were the most accommodating, kind, and genuinely sincere hotel staff I have ever encountered. Every time my husband and I came downstairs, one of them would greet us with a warm smile and friendly conversation. They recommended the best restaurants in town and made us feel instantly at home.
We were only in Chania for three days, but I would have gladly stayed longer just because of them.
Thank you, Maria and Vaggelis, for making our honeymoon as magical as it was. We can’t wait to return one day!

The staff were great, no fault to them at all… but the hotel and area surrounding were extremely drab. There is absolutely no vibe or energy at this hotel, the room has no decor, the shower was falling apart. Breakfast was gross. The neighborhood is pretty much the opposite of what you think Crete ...
