"This is a lovely tranquil oasis outside of town. I enjoyed it very much, but they need to pay a bit more attention to maintenance. The jets in my tub did not work, the wooden roll up shade on the door out to my patio would not roll up all the way, my patio had not been swept, and I could only take a bath, not a shower, because the handle on the shower fixture was broken."

The hotel was a great base for us and allowed us to enjoy the surrounding area and come back again to the amenities of the hotel.

"Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish (and after). We ended up late to the property due to delayed flight but the owner was there ready to show us round and inform us about the property. Plus there’s a book to inform you of anything else. Everything you needed was there and the owners have thought of everything. From eating in the shade and near to the kitchen, to bathrooms for every room, numerous balcony areas, a range of beds and bedroom layouts suitable for all families and groups. The pool area is perfect with multiple beds, shaded areas and seating. The villla has air conditioning but generally stayed pretty cool so wasn’t always needed (we went in July/august) The owners had amazing communication from start to finish. Any questions were answered straight away and even when we accidentally broke something the owners were amazing and said it was ok as they had a spare. They made everything feel very at ease and comfortable about the stay. Even after leaving one member old our family left their bag with important cards and documents in .. the owners said they were happy to send these via postal back to us at no charge (which made us feel calmer as otherwise it was hit and miss being able to drive back to the villa) A car is Definately needed for the property as the website we booked through said 5 minutes walk to the beach but thanks to communication of the owner we knew this wasn’t the case. Takes 7 minutes to drive to the villa from the port "

"Lovely hotel, warm welcome at reception, checked in quite quickly, large room nice & clean good view of the sea, staff mainly very good, bar staff very entertaining but need to concentrate on what people order & cut down on tricks, restaurant very good one one of the best hotel buffet's we've visited, good choice & the food was warm, overall a lovely stay, be it only for 2 nights, will try to come back for a longer stay. "We had such a wonderful week in the villa. We arrived quite late on the first nigh and everything was shut. Raul just drove me to the supermarket to pick up some supplies, so that we could eat, which was so nice of him. The house was brilliant. A ten minute walk from the old town and about 30 mins from the beach, but there is a great little train/bus that takes you down from the old time. I can't recommend this play highly enough."
