"Beautiful location with great view of the Arenal beach and promenade! Quick walk (100 meters or less!) to the first of many fine seaside restaurants, cocktail bars, shops, etc. Room was very large and well laid out. Bathroom was also very large with great toiletries and huge thick bath towels!"

"Great location, close to everything you need but nice and quiet too. Has its own parking space in underground carpark. Air conditioning was great. Whole apartment was very clean. It is getting ready for a bit of an update."

"Property a bit dated, there were bugs on the sofa and had german but no UK TV. Breakfast was adequate, sauaages / scrambled egg, ham , cheese, bread, croissants and fruit (tea coffee and juice. However I am Vegetarian and also Gluten Free so I had scrambled egg and cheese. They did offer GF bread but it was a still frozen bread roll so couldnt be toasted. It was 10 euro so it eas OK for what I needed and two plates of what is basically acheeae omelette with drinka made it worth the money but could have been better"

"We absolutely loved our stay. The villa is amazing, quiet fully equiped and only 5 min drive to Javea centre. The pool was perfect, clean and a super addition. Antonia is a perfect host. All in all a perfect stay, We will be back. "

"We had a wonderful time staying at Chris and Helena’s property. They are the most wonderful hosts and the care was beyond our expectations. I stayed here with my dad and my two kids. Short walk to the swimming pool. The pool was definitely the highlight for the kids. The pool is quite large and has two fun water slides. Very short walk to a little market where you can buy both food and household products. Walking distance the Cala Blanca Beach area and also not too far from Arenal Beach -we walked there twice. Convenient location that isn’t too close to Arenal. It’s nice and quiet here. My daughter said the place felt like home. 😊Would love to stay here again in the future. Thank you Chris and Helena for being such lovely hosts. "
