"Very complete house, lovely garden with very nice pool!"

"We really enjoyed staying at this lovely spacious villa, which is located in a safe, quiet residential area. It has a lovely wrap-around garden with plenty of areas to sit in the sun or shade. The pool is a good size though we didn’t take a dip as it was March/April and a bit cold! There is a decent sized garage with electric up and over door making it easy to store a car off the road and out of the sun. The main rooms were all on one floor with the third bedroom and laundry/storage room downstairs and poolside. All good quality appliances worked well and were well used. We found the nearest beach was 30-40 mins walk and behind a huge, locked gate with signs warning of falling rocks, the locals had found a way round this, but you have to navigate huge boulders once you’re at the water’s edge, we didn’t. There are other beaches 10-15mins drive away complete with shops and restaurants. There are scenic coastal walks to enjoy and wooded areas to explore, which our dog particularly enjoyed. There’s a couple of restaurants within walking distance and others just a short drive. There is also a well-stocked supermarket 15 mins walk away. "

"We stayed at Matthew’s villa for a week and had a fantastic time! The villa is perfect for (young) children; ours absolutely loved the pool and the garden. Everything you could possibly need is provided—it’s so comfortable that you almost forget to go out and explore the surrounding area!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. We are a remote company which had a get together in order to work at one location for a week. The villa is very spacious, with several different terraces which was really nice. Wifi was excellent, as was our stay overall. The host replies very fast even in the evening, which came in very handy. Would love to stay here again!"

"The villa is a very neglected property with either stained or broken furniture. It had not been cleaned to a basic standard and we were greeted with dog saliva on the windows and the main bed full of dog hairs. The bbq could not be used at all due to all the chairs being broken and the grill had not been cleaned for many months. The property is advertised for 6 people but there is only seating for 4 people both in dining area and lounge, both settees are stained and the glass dining table chipped. We requested additional seating but this request was ignored. Location and area are good and the pool is ok but I would not recommend this property at all. "
