"We loved our stay at Villa Espada. Beautiful villa in a location that was easily accessible to Javea and Arenal beach.We were a family of 4 adults and 2 children and had a car which made everything accessible.The outside kitchen was really nice for the warm nights so we made the most of the April sunshine.Thanks. We will definitely be back. "

"We really enjoyed our time at the Villa, Simon and Linghua were very responsive to any queries we had. The Villa was clean, the view was spectacular and the pool was right up the kids street. The supermarket was across the street but you wouldn’t know it was there once in the Villa. It was really handy. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you both for a wonderful stay"

"Property a bit dated, there were bugs on the sofa and had german but no UK TV. Breakfast was adequate, sauaages / scrambled egg, ham , cheese, bread, croissants and fruit (tea coffee and juice. However I am Vegetarian and also Gluten Free so I had scrambled egg and cheese. They did offer GF bread but it was a still frozen bread roll so couldnt be toasted. It was 10 euro so it eas OK for what I needed and two plates of what is basically acheeae omelette with drinka made it worth the money but could have been better"

"Very modern with excellent fittings especially the bed that was super comfortable. Nothing missing from the inventory which made cooking very simple.All the furniture was first class including the outside sets. We thoroughly enjoyed chilling on the terrace All round it was a brilliant property that gave us exactly what we wanted to relax in the sun."
