"We had a junior suite which was a great size for two adults and two children. The resort was well designed with plenty of space for everyone so there was never any issue getting sun beds. The food was great with lots of choice. We really enjoyed the extra little touches like crisps, Cornettos and Twister lollies available all day within the all inclusive package. The pools were lovely but very cold in April so the indoor heated pool was very welcome."
"Overall a very good hotel with great staff! We travelled as part of a family trip. There were 10 of us in total. The youngest being 15 months old, the hotel met our pre arrival requests. Meal times the staff were fantastic in making sure as a group we were comfortable. Lara and Mariana in particular were fantastic! One evening after a day out at Portaventura and Ferrari Land. "The balcony is spacious and the view superb. The apartment had everything we needed but the bathroom, particularly the shower, needs maintenance. A dead cockroach on it's back was by my bed when I got there. I did wonder if it had fallen off the bedside table which wasn't a pleasant thought at night. The WIFI stopped after day 1 which was inconvenient. We never met a representative for the apartment during our stay & although I contacted the manager via Whatsapp, it was never resolved. "
