"Location was good. The beds and vanity area were clean, two of the three beds were comfortable. Most all other surfaces needed cleaning including the walls, floors, curtains and most importantly, around the toilet. If most of the city wasn't already sold out and we didn't just needed a place to sleep, we wouldn't have stayed. I had to clean areas myself before I was comfortable using the facilities. Didn't stay for breakfast, so can't comment on that."

"I do not even know where to start i feel like saying the great wolf lodge was a 10/10 is not enough. The staff were amazing and friendly. They answered all my questions. Anytime you passed a staff member in the hall they smiled said hello and asked how you are. We did not partake in any activities in the grand lobby as we spent all available hours in the Waterpark. The Waterpark was perfect for our group. Lots of amenities for the little ones to stay excited and entertained. The tube slides brought smiles and laughter. We did rent a cabana for the day. Shout out to JD who checked on us numerous times to ask if we wanted or needed anything. The arcade had many fun games for all ages. We also saw many adults enjoying the arcade just as much as the kids. Even with the amenities great wolf offers the location is also wonderful so many amenities from food to shopping. Perfect for race weekends for race fans! Will for sure return!"

"Checked in late with a desk clerk that was efficient. The hotel was in the process of updating some rooms in the evening hours, and we had to walk through the construction area when leaving the elevator. The room was adequate as we were really using as a sleeping area and gone most days. You need to notify the front desk if you want to have housekeeping each day. The beds were surprisely comfortable with an abundance of pillows. The breakfast was sausage and biscuits, waffles and juice each day of our 4 day stay (we did not partake as we had other plans)."

"Terrible!!!! Went for a volleyball tournament in Kansas City. check in at 3 PM and our room was still not ready. Finally about 3:30/3:45 it was ready. Slowest elevators I have ever seen. We waited seven minutes as the elevator kept bypassing our floor. They have only 4 elevators,. not all of them were working at the same time. Our toilet overflowed so we had to move to a different room. paid $12 each night to park the car in an outdoor parking lot. I felt for a Hilton hotel it was very dirty and low-key. The best Western across the street was probably better. I would not recommend this hotel at all."

"This hotel is outdated. The light above our bathroom flickered when you turned it on plus the bathroom is super small. Carpet looks old and gross. Our AC worked great and staff was also sweet. But we will be booking a hotel that’s updated the next time we visit. "
