"Beautiful beach view from the dining hall. Plentiful breakfast buffet included and exciting ancient necropolis caves a 10 minute walk down the beach. Staff were very kind and helpful and the room was nice quality and very well cleaned. The only thing to have in mind is that there isn’t a bus from there on Sundays which was the plan I had. Overall great place"

"Very good location with a great view. Had a couple of minor problems that were immediately resolved. Kitchen a bit dated but fine. Dishwasher was a big help. A washing machine would have been useful. Aircon in one bedroom only so that could be improved. In summary we would happily book this villa again."

"Nice location. Pleasant staff. Average hotel. Pros: The staff at the pool and the dining area were good. Cons: 1. As per the staff, tap water is not safe to drink. 2. Need to pay for every small things. Need to weigh your bags in cloak room---pay; need water---pay; want to use the safe---pay; need water when dining---pay! 3. Substandard rooms. Rooms felt like we were back to early 2000s 4. No basic toiletries (except for hand wash and shampoo) was provided. Body wash provided was actually hand wash soap. 5. As a first time traveller, any and all information about the stay, visit to the beach, travelling to other location etc. was severely lacking, i.e., it was not given automatically. Such information was provided only when asked. For example, we wanted to travel to the airport, so were told to take a bus, but no one told us from where to catch the bus. We were told (when the bus did not arrive from where we were expecting it to come) at the very last minute before departure where the bus would arrive (the location was behind the hotel premises). "

"Great value for money! Well positioned for the beach and other amenities Spotlessly clean and very nice decor! Shared pool was rarely busy and was a great size! Good quality sunbeds! Highly recommend!"

"Enjoyable stay, great location, lovely homely villa, beautiful outside area to eat in, although we did find the beds to be a bit hard, and the pool slightly chilly but a good size.Son Bou is a perfect location with great restaurants, shops, a beautiful beach and easy acces to explore the rest of the island (we hired a car)."

"The villa lived up to its description on the website. It felt like a home rather than the standard holiday firm rental villas. The standard was far superior to what I have previously experienced in Menorca. The host Gerald responded immediately to any queries and was very helpful with our late arrival and late departure. Although the villa has other villas nearby, it was very private and quiet. The view of the sea from the upstairs bedroom balcony was wonderful. We didn't have a car and so walked to the restaurants and beach. Because the villa is slightly uphill, this proved tiring for my friend in the heat. It would be something to bear in mind if you have mobility issues and don't have a car. There is a lovely bakery/cafe not far from the villa. The beach is about a 15 minute walk but is worth it. The sea is crystal clear. "

"Brilliant location - okay this is a big tourist development, but spacious, and the villa is sited high up with fabulous views out to sea. Internal layout and amenities excellent for our group of seven; shopping (for food) and beach within easy reach (if involving steep uphill walk on return!).Very quiet, not disturbed by neighbours. Strongly tempted to return!"
