  • Welcome to Doca condo, this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condominium is located in the center of Playa del Carmen, facing the Mario Villanueva sports park, between Av. 10 and 32nd Street just one block from the famous Fifth Avenue. In one of the most accessible areas of the city.



    The master bedroom features a double bed, full bathroom with shower and a spacious closet; additionally, the master bedroom has access to a balcony with street view. The guest bedroom offers a double bed, closet and full bathroom. All rooms have air conditioning.



    Also, this condominium has a spacious living room with TV and a dining area for 4 people. A fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary to cook your preferred meals.
