Stay in a modern two-bedroom condo at Anah, just a few blocks from Playa del Carmen’s beach and 5th Avenue. You’ll be close to restaurants, shops, and nightlife, yet far enough for quiet and restful nights.
The condo includes one bedroom with a king bed and another with two individual beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, air conditioning, and Smart TV. The living room has a sofa that can sleep two extra guests (not a sofa bed), and the kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking.
Guests also enjoy access to building amenities: a rooftop pool with city views, two jacuzzis (heating available on request), gym, business center, garage parking, 24-hour security with reception, and paid laundry facilities. Please note, only registered guests are allowed after 10 PM.
We’re Super hosts and manage multiple units in the building, making this a great choice for families or groups. Electricity is costly in this region, so we kindly ask that the A/C be turned off when not in use and set to 22°C (72°F) or higher at night.
Monthly Stays (28+ nights): When booking monthly, electricity is charged separately at a flat fee of $150 USD per month (November–May) and $200 USD per month (June–October), payable on arrival.
