This wonderful House has a central and privileged location. It has a private pool, poolside bar, tables, chairs, barbecue area and parking area.
The house has 3 levels. On the First floor (Ground Floor) there is access to the main house that has the kitchen, dining room, access to the terrace with pool, half bathroom, bar for drinks next to the pool, grill, living room, TV, etc. .
On the second level there are 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with a king bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds). Each bedroom has a private full bathroom.
The stairs to enter the 3rd level are located next to the main entrance. Therefore, the 3rd level has a completely independent entrance. On this 3rd floor there are 2 bedrooms (1 room with a queen bed and 1 room with 2 single beds), it also has a small living room and dining room.
