This studio can accommodate up to 3 people: your room features a king bed and in your living room there is a sofa bed to accommodate 1 more person. It also has a safe, a large television screen, a balcony to sit, relax, enjoy the fresh air and the sun.

The kitchenette has everything necessary for cooking, and a table next to your kitchen bar.



The building offers a wonderful sea view from its terrace and a long swimming pool, which is perfect for a swimming routine; likewise, it has lounge chairs for sunbathing and an equipped gym. There is an elevator to easily access the rooftop. This building has only 30 units so the common areas will never be congested.



The Bahay condominiums are located one block from the beach and 2 blocks from Fifth Avenue, where you will find the tree-lined 38th Street with the most bohemian restaurants and bars in Playa del Carmen. On Fifth Avenue and very close to the condominium you will find the seafood restaurant Las hijas de la tostada, the wine shop Off the Vine, a spectacular Huichol handicraft store Tierra Huichol or the delicious boutique café Ah Cacao among other beautiful shops.



MONTHLY PRICE:

- Long-term rentals pay for electricity (Price per KW between $3 to $8 MXN)

- We require a security deposit of $1,000 USD refundable within 7 business days.
