Operating exclusively as a short-term vacation rental for over a decade, our professionally managed villa offers an unparalleled experience.

Spacious Suites and Ocean-View Rooftop Retreat:
With four generously appointed suites, each featuring an en-suite bathroom, TV, and private terrace, Downtown Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 22 guests. Rates are based on 10 guests, with an additional cost of $25 per day, plus tax, for extra guests. The pièce de résistance is our breathtaking ocean-view rooftop, boasting a plunge pool, daybeds, bar, TV, BBQ, and dining area — the ultimate gathering spot!

On the main floor, discover a fully-equipped kitchen, indoor dining area, TV lounge, bar, and two inviting patios for coffee or drinks.
