We absolutely loved our stay here and would stay again! The rooms and beds were comfortable. AC worked great! The kitchen was more than functional for our needs. We had a great time and wish we could have stayed longer.

We loved staying there! Great location, close to everything - 5th Avenue, grocery store, restaurants. We felt very safe and comfortable. Jose (the property manager) is amazing, he was always there to help and did just excellent job! We’ll be back again for sure.

Stayed for five days. Jose was very accommodating. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed even filtered water. Close to everything and felt very safe. Gated location in the middle of everything! Loved it!

We had a wonderful stay at Las Palmas Condominio. The location is perfect—just a one-minute walk to 5th Avenue. Three of the best restaurants in the area are within a two-minute walk, and the beach is only about five minutes away. The property is well-maintained and cleaned every two days. The staff is extremely friendly and responds within minutes if you need anything. The condos are beautiful and well-decorated. Our whole family really enjoyed the place. Highly recommend!

We arrived very late due to delays by WestJet and the Mexican airport and shuttle. However Jose ( the caretaker) was great to let us in even though it was after checkin time. So we were very appreciative of him. A family of 6 tired from a 10 hour travel day we’re thankful for Jose. The property is a bit noisy due to the proximity to entertainment district but otherwise it was fine for what we needed. Close to everything . Thank you Jose !

The apartment is great and pretty central to Play del Carmen but we had issues with the noise - two buildings next door were being in construction and bars nearby blared music till around 1 am. Big props to Jose who's very nice and prompt responding to any requests - our 5 gal water dispenser bottle cracked at 11 pm and he promptly came to change it (the water dispenser option is a great feature in itself for foreign clients not wanting to drink the local tap water).

Awesome stay. José was there to meet us and send us off. When power went down and the air conditioner wouldn't come back up at 21:00, he fixed it 15 min after we called him. The location is great, close to lots of restaurants. The swimming pool area is great for chilling out.

Overall good place, for a medium to big group parking is difficult no recommend is you rent a big car, construction going on in the back so be aware of the noise front desk no very helpful I kind figure everything out on my own. Good price,and location place was clean beds are comfortable.

Otimo apartamento.... limpeza dia sim dia nao... maquina de lavar e secadora .... camas confortáveis... cozinha funcional... ar condicionado otimo.... Apenas os chuveiros que estava ruim a saida de agua... acredito que alguns jatos estavam entupidos ... fazendo com que a água saisse sem direção .... piscina limpa e bem gostosa....
