Mareazul is a beachfront residential complex located in the Riviera Maya, 50 km from Cancun’s International Airport, and only 3 km from Playa del Carmen, with direct access to 5th Avenue (locally known as ‘La Quinta Avenida’). Our apartment in the Mareazul residential complex comes fully decorated, furnished, and equipped. The apartment, located on the second floor, features two bedrooms and three bathrooms that comfortably accommodate 6 people.
The Mareazul complex features a large pool, a semi-private beach 3 minutes from the apartment, a private beach club with a restaurant, a water sports shop (diving center and kitesurfing school), a golf course and a tennis court, as well as a gym, spa, and jacuzzi. In addition, the Mareazul complex has 24-hour security.
