The Space:

Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. First floor has two bedrooms. Second floor has the king sized master. Third floor has additional Queen sized master plus a tv area and work space.



There is only parking for two cars, If you try to park on the sidewalk or block the sidewalk you will be ticketed

For security reasons, some reservations will be accepted in person, as we need to be sure that the person making the reservation will actually stay.

🚗 Parking is limited to two cars only. Street or sidewalk parking will result in fine by local authorities.



🛎️ For safety reasons, some bookings may require an in-person check-in to verify the guest’s identity.



🏡 This is a quiet residential community perfect for guests seeking a peaceful and stylish retreat.



The Neighborhood:

Gated entrance and exit. Short drive to 5th avenues. Many small restaurants and shops.



Getting Around:

Walk, rental car, or taxi



Other Things to Note:

🚭Non smoking home. Please be respectful of the neighbors with noise. Possible to see wildlife in the area. Please do not touch or feed. Serious fines can occur!



🔸 Once the reservation is made the number of guests or days cannot be reduced. 🔸



⚠️Do not leave trash out overnight; wildlife may come and make a mess, and a fine of 1000 MXN will be charged. The garbage truck comes in the mornings (11:00 AM); please put your trash out at that time.⚠️



🔐 Security Deposit

For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to hold the security deposit. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released upon checkout, provided no damage or violations occur during the stay.



The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.
