The Space:

Located in the heart of Playa del Carmen, this spacious, modern apartment is the perfect retreat for families and travelers. The open-concept living and dining area flows into a fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, full-size refrigerator and coffee maker. A private balcony invites you to relax with peaceful garden and pool views, and central air conditioning keeps the entire home cool.



Both bedrooms feature a comfortable king bed, plush linens and ample storage, sleeping up to 4 guests. The apartment has one full bathroom, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a laptop-friendly workspace. Step-free, single-level layout makes it easy for guests of all ages.



The resort-style complex offers beautiful SHARED amenities: a large lagoon-style outdoor pool, lush tropical gardens, walking paths and a children's play area. Please note: gym access is not automatic and is granted at the front office's discretion.



Disclaimer: There is ongoing construction nearby from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. We work to minimize disruption, but some noise may be heard during these hours - please reach out with any questions.



Guest Access:

You'll have the entire apartment to yourself, plus access to the complex's shared amenities including the lagoon pool, gardens and walkways. The building has an elevator and a private entrance. On-site parking is available. Self check-in is by access code - we'll send clear, step-by-step instructions (including the QR/access code) before arrival, and our team is on standby to make sure it works the moment you arrive.



The Neighborhood:

You're in prime downtown Playa del Carmen, steps from 5th Avenue (Quinta Avenida) and its restaurants, cafes, boutiques and nightlife, with the beach just a short stroll away. A golf course sits right by the complex. Easy day trips include Xcaret, Xel-Ha, cenotes, Cozumel ferries and the ruins of the Riviera Maya.



Getting Around:

Cancun International Airport is roughly a 50-minute drive; we can help arrange private transfers or taxis. Everything you need - supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and the beach - is within walking distance, so a car isn't required. Colectivos and taxis make trips to Tulum and Cancun simple.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in is by self check-in access code; check-out by 11:00 AM. For security and to authorize building access, every guest must provide a valid official photo ID (government-issued) before arrival. Please note the pool and gardens are SHARED building amenities, and gym access is not automatic (granted by the front office). Nearby construction may cause some daytime noise Monday-Saturday, 8:00 AM-6:00 PM. No smoking; no parties. We'll send your QR/access code in advance - contact us immediately if it doesn't work on arrival.



Interaction with Guests:

We're reachable throughout your stay via the Airbnb/Guesty app and respond quickly. Check-in is self-service with an access code; we proactively confirm your code works on arrival. Our local team can help with the front office, gym access, recommendations, transfers and tours.
