Location, location, location! This phenomenal vacation rental has it all—central location with 1 bedroom and sleeping space for 4. Only a two-block walk to the beach! Located on the 2nd floor, the complex has elevators for easy access to your condo. Enjoy a balcony with outdoor furniture and a partial ocean view, perfect for unwinding in the evening with a glass of wine or waking up to the sunrise with a cup of coffee. We are happy to offer a kitchen with appliances, a full bathroom, a comfortable bedroom with brand new bed and linens, and an additional pull-out size Queen sofa bed in the living room, with space for up to 4 total guests.

The rooftop pool area is huge! Breathtaking views, be sure to bring your camera!

Please be aware that seaweed is a natural phenomenon that hits Quintana Roo beaches. There is no specific season for it. We have no control of it, being a natural phenomenon we cannot process any refund related to it.

Great property with an amazing rooftop pool and bar. The location is excellent is you prefer to be close to the beach and away from the noise on 5th Avenue. Would definitely recommend for families and travelers looking for a peaceful stay.

Always enjoy this home away from home.

Second time staying here. Location is great and so are the staff. Rooftop is always a great place to hang out. Great view, pools, exercise room and food and drinks.

Room was excellent, great centralized location to many activities, a block from the beach, reliable taxis are right outside the location, great views from the rooftop pool, rooftop bar was excellent with good food, had an issue with the door that was my fault which was resolved extremely fast, great communication from property managers

Amazing pool - clean room!

The pool itself is worth staying here! Our room was very clean and the neighborhood is safe. Friendly, multilingual staff available to help. Only a block from the beach and great restaurants.

Modern and comfortable

Our stay at this property was amazing. The condo was spotless and modern and had everything we needed. We loved the rooftop pool, and loved the views of the ocean from the roof as well as the balcony in our room. We would definitely recommend this property. Check in process was smooth and easy.

This was one of our favorite locations we have stayed at in this area! Very clean! Everything in the pictures that you see is what you get. We really had no complaints. We will definitely be back next year, a lot of stuff is walking distance and there is a taxi waiting outside 90% outside waiting for residents. Thank you!

Almost new great rooftop pools and excellent barman. Perfect room. Only downside is shower desperately needs a thermostatic valve, water continually switches from boiling to feeezing without warning.

Lovely

I can’t say enough about this property. Very well maintained. The location is close to everything you need. The staff is polite. The pool is very nice. The condo itself is very nice for 2 people. It is very clean. It has everything you need for cooking and preparing simple meals. I would definitely stay again.

Very Nice Condo

Property has a great rooftop pool with amazing ocean view. Good food and drinks with reasonable prices by the pool. Suite was perfect for a couple in a great location. Managers were very responsive. Easy check in. Will be back.

Amazing rooftop pool!

The condo more than met my expectations. There was a glitch with the virtual key app, but the property manager was very helpful in getting that sorted out and they were very responsive when I reached out to them. I would rent there again.

We LOVED staying at Jeffery's, apartment it was in an excellent location, both the apartment and the facilities were excellent. Would recommend it to anybody. We did have a slight issue with the checkin, the information we received on paper had 2 different apartment numbers so that was a small issue. I would also suggest that it be made more clearer to people that the code goes on the key pad ABOVE the door handle, not the key vault next the the door. We were able to make contact with people and this issues was soon worked out. Just a suggest also might be a small kettle to boil water for tea drinkers. Saying that we will definite by coming back again and staying in this apartment. Thanks for a wonderful stay. Christopher

Not what we are used to with a VRBO Property

Many calls made in regards to the door lock system. The communication on how it works, how to set up the app. were lacking. There were zero instructions on anything. Where to put garbage, hot water on wrong side in the shower, TV issues, again no information. Communicated with " 5 Star" basically gave up. That was day 3 of 14. Never heard back from "5 Star" (Jeff) for the remainder of the trip. Terrible.

By far the worst experience I ever had with a rental

I originally book this property because of the proximity to the beach, the fact that was a relatively new building and it had (according to others reviews) a great roof top pool. I booked from Thursday to Monday. I ended up arriving Saturday. When I arrived the temperature of the room was 82F(28 C) so I set it to a lower temperature and head to the beach. When I came back the room was as hot as before, so I immediately contacted the management.They told me they were going to send somebody to fix the problem that night or the next day to what I responded I couldn’t possible sleep in that place under those conditions so they needed to tell me if they couldn’t come immediately to give me the time to find another place to stay before it got late. They instead had me going back and forward from 7 to12:30 when I finally told them I was leaving, they came clean and told me they didn’t have anybody working maintenance on the weekends.This place is in an area where other buildings are under construction and it’s pitch dark at night. I had to walk a couple of blocks to find a taxi(no taxis run at night in that area) Being a woman and traveling alone I didn’t feel safe doing that. Also the elevator was out of order, so it would not be fun to visit the pool ( I was in the 2nd floor) also the sink was broken too. I contact the management back at 7am and ask for a refund. They only refund half of the total price I paid. No retribution for the troubles. Don’t rent this place!

Long Term Stay

Great location. Suitable accommodations. Five Star Management was excellent in their immediate response to our concerns and needs. Several annoying issues, such as, elevators not functioning, problems with air conditioning and hot water resets, intermittent internet seemed to be “building or area related”. Otherwise, we enjoyed the Mexican sunshine.

A hidden gem

My husband and I stayed at this property for two weeks in April. Lovely and clean space. Lots of amenities in the codo. The location is the best, within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. A safe neighborhood. Rooftop pools are refreshing, never crowded, and wow, what a view! The little bar/restaurant on the roof is a plus with friendly smiles from the staff. The host was very prompt with answers and help. The wifi is sketchy, and the electricity does go out, very briefly, on occasion. We've been traveling to Mexico for 37 years and a hiccup in the power is expected. As for wifi, oh well. Go outside and enjoy the beautiful weather. 🌞 I highly recommend this place.

Excellent Resort @ Singular

A wonderful place to stay in Playa del Carmen, modern building, great location, very close to the beach & 5th Ave quiet, wonderful pool and gym and restaurant on the top floor. Very safe location, I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Not to mention that the room, a one bedroom, was perfectly laid out and well appointed.

Amazing roof top pool and bar!

Loved the location that is close to the beach and many fabulous restaurants. The roof top pool was a great place to have a late afternoon beverage and take in the ocean view. Angie from Five Star Property went above and beyond with service, while communication from the management company was excellent. We highly recommend and we will definitely be back!!
