Its 9-foot-high ceilings and large windows enhance the views from the balconies of its three luxurious bedrooms, each designed for two people and equipped with its own bathroom and rain shower. The master suite also includes a bidet and direct access to the terrace.
The granite kitchen is fully equipped and includes a rotating plate.
The beautiful infinity pool is complemented by lounge chairs and umbrellas, ideal for a relaxing day. If you prefer the ocean, the property has direct access to the soft white sand. The condo is located next to Playa del Carmen’s iconic lighthouse, on Calle 10 and the beach, just two blocks (a one-minute walk) from the pedestrian-only Fifth Avenue, where you’ll find numerous dining and shopping options.

• El Faro Residences is located in a tourist area, so there may be noise, especially on holidays, within the hours permitted by the authorities.
• If you rent a car, parking is available for $ $15 per night (reservation required).
