"This was an amazing property. I wish I had known that we couldn’t swim in the ocean at the resort due to the rip currents and extreme waves prior to making our reservation. We were able to go to the public beach (definitely recommend) it was just a short uber ride away and we were able to swim with all the fish. We had a great time regardless of that. The food was good compared to the all inclusive we stayed at last yr in Cancun"

"Terrible nunca contestaron, llamamos, escribimos y nada. Llegamos al lugar donde nos marcaba la ubicación las personas no sabían dónde era el lugar, varias personas nos hicieron favor de llamar a los números que apetecen y nadie contestó. Duramos más de 4 horas dando vueltas para encontrar el lugar y nadie contestó. No pudimos llegar y por ende no teníamos donde hospedarnos y llevábamos niños "

"My boyfriend and I had an incredible stay at Chileno Bay! 10/10—we would absolutely stay here again. I chose Chileno Bay for my 30th birthday because I wanted to experience a different resort than our usual Cabo getaway, and it exceeded every expectation. Every member of the staff was genuinely kind, welcoming, and attentive. I’ve never felt so well taken care of during a vacation. A special thank you to Alan, our concierge, who made our stay even more memorable with his exceptional service and hospitality. Thank you, Chileno Bay, for making my 30th birthday celebration so unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back!"

"The food was good considering all-inclusive. I appreciated the healthy options. The gym had everything I needed to have a great daily workout. Isaac and Alessandro down at the pool were excellent. People do go down to the pool super early and hog the seating, which is typical of entitled Americans. It would be nice if the staff could prevent that. All-in-all a great value for the money."

"Overall, very good experience. The area and swimming pools were well maintained. Staff were friendly. As we went during an off period there was no buffet available for lunch as well as dinner. The only options for dinner were the grill, an Italian restaurant and a French restaurant. The French restaurant does not allow children so that made it difficult for us. The wait times for the other restaurants were very long. overall great experience, but food options were lacking compared to other all-inclusive hotels."

"Man man man!! This was our first family trip. Me, my wife and our extremely picky eating 3 yr old. They went to the extreme with making sure all of our food requests were fulfilled! And we sure did have a lot of them! Wow! The service was exceptional! We stayed at the very top floor w ocean views! Every single box checked off! If I had to nitpick at anything, it would easily be the food. Velas10 was great and of course the breakfast buffet was great too. The other restaurants they went too “culinary” serving these tiny portion dishes, that was a downside for us!"
