The entire experience from beginning to end was top notch. The hotel was clean. Noticed grounds keepers and pools being cleaned every morning. Rooms were cleaned twice a day. Food was amazing. The staff were all friendly and warm. Entertainment team was super fun! We will definitely go back and highly recommend this hotel.

Everything about the resort was amazing! Downsides, non-swimmable beach and they changed how the kids club wasn't part of the all inclusive package. But it didn't stop us and our kid had a blast each time he went!

Resort is on the smaller side and there isn’t a whole lot to do if you like some of the activities that other all inclusives typically have; overall, the experience was good, resort is clean, rooms are spacious and most of the staff are very attentive. Only two actual restaurants to make reservations at (steak house and Italian) and then a buffet (only open for breakfast and dinner) and pool side spot to eat. On the first night, our room was located right below the lobby and we could hear the dragging of metal chairs every couple of hours. Mentioned this to the check in staff and they switched our room the next day - they were very accommodating and helpful. Location of the hotel is convenient if you plan on going to San Jose or Cabo San Lucas. About a 20 minute Uber ride to either. Gorgeous views from the infinity pool if you get up early enough to get a chair. You need to be there by about 6:30/7am if you want a spot. Other pools are bigger and much easier to get chairs at. Would recommend to families and those who want a laid back, relaxing vacation without all the entertainment that some of the bigger chains have.

-Room cleanliness -cockroaches in the room and washroom -lame food everyday in breakfast, amount variety of selection it’s overpriced resort -small pool -no real activity other then pool volleyball in the dinky little pool -never stocked up bottle of water after, I not received two bottles of water at our initial check in day.. -very lame env at the lobby, does not feel like You are at the resort lobby, very sad feeling but 4 concierge sitting at the lobby to put you together with time share gimic -staff of friendly but they also know food at the resort is avg or now avg, I had one server told me to eat at the beach side bar restaurant which has better food, rest is in his own words not worth it lol and I did follow his suggestion and he was wrong, better but still not the top Notch call other resorts I stayed in the past
