"great staff, easy check in check out, good breakfast, nice pool, close to beach"

"Great Location and View! Ilya was a great host and was able to give us a walk though of the condo upon arrive that was very helpful. Ilya also provided several recommendations for restaurants, groceries, and activities that made our stay very memorable. This has been my best experience with a VRBO rental by far thanks to him. 10/10 would work again with Ilya and hope to be back sooner than later! "

"We had an absolutely enjoyable stay. The condo was spotless and well equipped with all the living and beach essentials. Our host, Ilya, provided exceptional service and communication. Perfect location to town and beach. "

"Good accommodations, walkable area. Ample parking."

"Host was kind and accommodating. The condo was clean and in a really good area. Couldn’t recommend any more than I possibly could."

"Overall a great stay. Things recommended to fix is the shower as it sprayed water when showering and there was mold/water in the utility closet. There was black mold on the chairs in the closet."

"This place suited our needs for the one night we spent in Coco. Having stayed in Coco previously,I wouldn’t have wanted to stay here for an extended time, with extremely small bathrooms and a bit noisy from the adjacent units. Definitely close to walk to all the local places and only a few minutes to the beach."

"This place was just what we were looking for. Clean, comfortable with a great clean pool and quick access to the beach. Robbie and Steve were the most informative and gracious of hosts. Great price, great people, great place! Pura vida!"

"My only reason it’s not 5/5 is the location. It’s a bit run-down near this property. But there is a good pizza place across the street as well as a bakery. And it certainly is close to the south end of the beach. The pool is fantastic."
