"Der Vermieter war nett, hat schnell reagiert(in 5 Minuten vor Ort) und geholfen, auch mit Tips im Umfeld. Die Gegend gefällt uns viel besser als die üblichen Touri-Orte. Hier sind noch mehr Einheimische als Touristen. Geschäfte (Aldi, Lidl, Hyperdino,...) sind zu Fuss zu erreichen. Zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Minuten, ein breiter Sandstrand mit leichten Wellen. "Pros: La casa está en perfectas condiciones. Muy buena ubicación en una zona (Playa Honda) muy tranquila, pero muy cerca de Puerto del Carmen y Arrecife. La playa a apenas 5 minutos. El anfitrión, Pio, atento, detallista y siempre pendiente de nosotros y nuestras necesidades. Un perfecto anfitrión. Cons: Todo estuvo realmente bien. Por poner un pero, quizás echamos en falta algo más de vajilla (platos, vasos...) Éramos 6 y nos venía muy justa."

"We booked this hotel last minute as the one we originally booked was awful and we couldn't get away fast enough! From the moment we arrived here we were made to feel very welcome and the staff were so helpful. The reception , pools areas, and bars were all really nice, however the corridors and lifts in our block looked as if they had missed the refurb! We had a junior suite and the bed in our our room as so comfortable I wish we could have taken it home. We had a sea view but could also see the power station from our balcony, this didn't really bother us too much however. Food was good for AI, good quality and always plenty of options. There was also a great selection of drinks, including branded spirits and we loved how the snacks at the pool bars were all individually packaged and stored in cabinets, not simply left on the side. We would definitely return to this hotel but probably choose a deluxe room on the quieter side of the hotel."
