Only issue was people saving sun loungers very early in the morning with their towels and not using them for hours. The hotel states that this is not permitted yet do not seem enforce this rule. "

"Immaculate public areas and reception. Staff were excellent, our ocean view room was even better than the photos suggested. The breakfast buffet was very comprehensive and varied. Having a beach literally on your doorstep was a lovely bonus. Already preparing a return visit!"
"Really decent little hotel , highly recommend.. paid £55 for a Friday night and it's in a perfect position. We own 2 apartments in Puerto del Carmen and could not get into ours until Saturday but would deffo stay again as a night out in arrecife is brilliant. Lovely clean kitchen for a cuppa in the morning , plus free storage lockers if you need to leave your bags there for a bit . Yes it's a small room but who cares ."
"We loved the apartment. It was very spacious and looked very aesthetic. I would recommend this place to anyone coming here. The staff were absolutely amazing and deserve all their credit. They answered any questions I had and were more than happy to help. We also opted for a later check out and the team were more than happy to accomodate. 10/10 "

We think the electricity tripping off in for the heaters in the pump room might have been the explanation. We only discovered this on enacting leaving instructions. The pool man came and said it was fine. It was so cold the next day even the kids wouldn’t get in.•Hot tub only warm (not hot) for last three days (32 degrees – possibly we didn’t know how to make it work properly despite having some instructions)•Games area in garage has ‘chemical’ smell which stopped us using it•Visitors not allowed (sister plus family were staying in nearby villa). Any transgression could lead to eviction from the Villa. Should be highlighted on booking site.•Video surveillance inside and outside. Should be highlighted on booking site. We have young children and would not book a property with extensive surveillance.•Shower enclosures need replacement•No internet all week – not the owners faultThe house is fundamentally very nice and the owner went to great trouble to ensure it was well-prepared for our stay. "Location is good. Several bars around which was a little noisy on Sat night but not noticeable at all rest of week. Fab pizza place up the road. Taxi rank opposite. Room spacious, clean and well kitted out. Only issue was online hotel checkin asked for passport front photo when they actually wanted the passport info page. Created a bit of an issue night before and day of travel to get sorted. Would stay here again."
