The food was absolutely wonderful as usual.....one of the reasons we keep returning to this hotel, the new arrangements for serving yourselves drinks is a very good idea and has removed the queues that used to happen in the evening. The staff are absolutely brilliant especially the way the relate to the children, especially the dining room staff,they are always smiling and work at amazing speed. the kitchen staff are really efficient and at no time did any of of the food items run out...well done …The food was absolutely wonderful as usual.....one of the reasons we keep returning to this hotel, the new arrangements for serving yourselves drinks is a very good idea and has removed the queues that used to happen in the evening. Attenzione!!! Non sono mai entrata in quella struttura!!! Avevo prenotato e pagato un mese prima con Expedia. In seguito, quando ho cercato di avere indicazioni per il check in non ho mai ricevuto risposte dalla struttura e mi sono insospettita; inoltre erano state tolte le foto su Expedia, mentre su altri siti c'erano. Tantissime telefonate ed e-mail (tutte documentate) che esprimevano la mia preoccupazione. La struttura, gestita da un'agenzia di Lanzarote e proposta da altri gestori di appartamenti, era già occupata! Avevo contattato personalmente quell'agenzia, trovando il numero della proprietaria e, sbarcata all'aeroporto di Lanzarote ho trovato il messaggio su WhatsApp che mi veniva assegnato un altro appartamento e le indicazioni per entrare. In seguito sono stata sempre in contatto con l'agenzia di Lanzarote che mi ha pure creato un gruppo WhatsApp e mi ha seguito per il rimpatrio del 25 marzo. Non so che traffico oscuro ci sia stato dietro alla vicenda; certo è che mi sento truffata da Expedia, che fino all'ultimo minuto mi ha garantito che era tutto a posto!…Attenzione!!! Large, 4 Bedroom, Villa Private Garden, Heated Swimming Pool with Sea Views

We all had a fantastic fortnight stay in this lovely villa, which is set in a quite residential place, but not to far from the resort of Puerto del carman. The pool and outside area was fantastic, loads of room for everyone. The pool was lovely and warm as it is heated. The villa is large and spacious very bright and airy. It’s well equipped with all your home comforts. The town of tias is just a short walk away with local restaurants and supermarket, all at a reasonable price. At the bottom of the villa you have a beautiful neighbour, by the name of Thor, whose a gentle giant, a very friendly dog who pops he’s head over for a biscuit. We had one issue with the kettle, and Tracey responded straight and brought a new one round. Great response. All round great communication.
