"From the moment I entered it the folks behind the desk were very helpful and courteous.ln particular Geronimo was very helpful but indeed all the staff did everything they could to make my stay pleasant and enjoyable. The buffet breakfast was excellent and the room were cleaned daily. I would highly recommend THB Flora"

"Villa was not up to scratch for the money I paid.No English TV, downstairs walls were crumbling from damp, upstairs mouldy walls, insufficient kitchen utensils and poor state of repair, cups were dirty and sunbeds need a good clean, pool water level kept dropping, insecure doors which would not lock, for length of stay only given 2 toilet rolls and no extra bedding for the cold nights. No safety information or general information. I would not rate it 2 stars would be lucky to get one, If I was an inspector I would not pass the villa fit for purpose.Needs a massive deep clean and overhaul."
